However, some factors, such as big walls between your device and wireless router or interference from other home equipment, might weaken your network signal.
Try alternating between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if Wemo app issue is related to your connection.

Fix 4: Clear Wemo App Cache
Most of time, when there is some issue with Wemo app, clearing the app cache will resolve the issue.
So, To fix the Wemo app issue, clear Wemo app cache.
To clear the Wemo App cache,
For Android users, Go to settings >> Find Wemo App and click on that >> Tap on clear cache.
Wemo App cache will be cleared.
For iPhone users, Go to iPhone settings >> Go to General >> Find Wemo App and click on that >> Tap on iPhone Storage >> Tap on Offload App button >> Again Reinstall Wemo app.
Check Wemo app working or not after Clearing the app cache.

Fix 5: Disable Battery Saving Mode
Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.”
Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open Sweatcoin at least once every 12 hours.
For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for Sweatcoin app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON.
For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 6: Delete And Reinstall Wemo App
To Fix Wemo app issue, first delete and then reinstall the Wemo app.
Sometime Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Wemo app will resolve the issue.
So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re install again and check Wemo app is working or not.
If still Wemo app not working then try other fixes.
Fix 7: Update Wemo App To Latest Version
To Fix Wemo app issue, update Wemo app with latest version because Sometime old version not work perfectly.
If your Wemo app version is outdated then it may not work properly.

‘Update’ means you’re not on the latest version and you need to update your App.

Fix 8: Disable VPN

Wemo Not Detected After Power Outage
Your Wemo may have crashed and will need a reboot if it is not detected after power outage.
You can restart your device by simply disconnecting and replugging it.
Wemo Not Connecting To Homekit
If Wemo is not connecting to HomeKit then Before attempting to set up the Wemo, unplug it, put it back in, and wait a minute when the light begins to alternate between two colors.
On the 2.4 GHz band of your Wi-Fi, Wemo devices operate.
The 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands are found on many routers.
Ensure that the 2.4 GHz band is active on your phone.
Wemo 3-way Switch Not Working
Ensure that the Wi-Fi is active on your mobile device.
To update, close and reopen the Wemo App.
Make sure the right Wi-Fi name is shown in the More > Remote Access area if you are controlling the Wemo 3-Way Light Switch remotely.
Reset the Wemo 3-Way Light Switch and rerun setup if everything else fails.
To Fix Wemo app issue, check for stable internet connection, Close then Reopen app and update Wemo app to latest version.
This will fix your issue and the Wemo App will work fine.
Alternately, If there is some bug or glitch in Wemo App.
So, in this case wait till the bug is resolved by Wemo team.
