Fix 2: Try Closing And Reopening Vitality App 

Sometime, closing and again opening the Vitality app resolved the issue. 

So, First close the app and then try to open it again. It will fix your issue and the Vitality app will work fine.

If the Vitality app is still not working then try out other fixes.

Fix 3: Check Vitality Server Is Down Or Not

If Vitality is not working then there are chances that there are some bugs or glitch in the Vitality App or the Vitality server is down. 

There are many ways to check if the Vitality server is down or if there is some bug/ glitch in Vitality.

First way is to go to downdetector >> Search for Vitality >> check if there is a spike in the graph or not.

If there is a spike then either Vitality server is down or there is some bug.

Fix 6: Disable Battery Saving Mode

Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.” 

Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open SweatVitality at least once every 12 hours.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for SweatVitality app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON. 

For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall Vitality App

To Fix Vitality app issues, first delete and then reinstall the Vitality app. Sometimes Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Vitality app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re-install again and check if the Vitality app is working or not. 

If the Vitality app is still not working then try other fixes.

Fix 8: Update Vitality App To Latest Version

One of the potential reasons for the Vitality app stopped working is you are using an older version of Vitality app.

Updating the Vitality app to the latest version will fix all previous bugs in the app which were known to the Vitality support team.

Always update the Vitality app with the latest version because sometimes the old version does not work perfectly.

Vitality app notification not working because you have not enabled the notification for Vitality app.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Go to apps >> Tap on Vitality app >> Toggle ON notification.

For iPhone users, Go to Settings >> Tap on notifications >> Scroll down and Tap on Vitality app >> Toggle ON notifications.

Notification will be enabled for the Vitality app.
