Step 1: Go to YouTube Studio and create Live Stream by clicking create button on top right corner or if you already created live stream then click on content which is available in left side.
Step 2: Go to Live Tab which is available right side of Videos and left side of Posts.
Step 3: Click on Edit of live video from which you want to live redirect.
Step 4: Click on Customisation which is available in left side.
Step 5: After clicking on Customisation, scroll down and click on ADD button under Live Redirect.
Step 6: Now, choose a premiere or live stream of your choice.

Step 2: On the left side, Click on Content.

Creators who having more than 1000 subscribers and no active community guideline can live redirect their viewers to your live streams or premiere.
Also if other creators want to live redirect their audience to you then you should give permission to that creator / channel either by default because you already subscribed their channel or you have approved their channel for live redirect from YouTube Studio Settings.
How to Change Who Can Redirect To You on YouTube?
By default the channels you subscribed can live redirect their audience to your channel unless your subscription set to private.
Steps to Change Who Can Redirect To You on YouTube:
Step 1: Go to YouTube studio.
Step 2: Click on Settings which is available in left bottom.
Step 3: Tap on the community which is available after permission.
Step 4: Under Automated filters, scroll down and comes to Live Redirect.
Step 5: Under Live Redirect, Uncheck the “All Redirect From channels I Subscribed To”. You can only Uncheck the “All Redirect From channels I Subscribed To” if you subscription are public. If your subscription are private then you will not able to uncheck.
Step 6: After Uncheck, Add the users for Live Redirect. and click on save.
After that added channels can send their audience to your in progress / upcoming live streams or premiere.
Are There Any YouTube Analytics Reports for Live Redirect?
Yes, YouTube analytics reports is available for live redirects. Now, Live Redirect is a traffic source in YouTube analytics for receiving channels.
