Fix 1: Check For Stable Internet Connection

Try alternating between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if USPS app issue is related to your connection. If your experience differs, we recommend you reach out to your service provider for more info.

So, check your internet speed. Turn ON and OFF your mobile data or check router in case you using wifi.

Also, try to switch from mobile network to wifi or wifi to mobile network.

Fix 2: Try Closing And Reopening USPS App 

Sometime, closing and again opening the app resolve USPS app related issue. 

So, To fix USPS app related issue, first close the app and then try to open again. It will fix your issue and USPS app will work fine.

Fix 3: Clear USPS App Cache

For Android users, Go to settings >> Find USPS App and click on that >> Tap on clear cache. USPS App cache will be cleared.

For iPhone users, Go to iPhone settings >> Go to General >> Find USPS App and click on that >> Tap on iPhone Storage >>  Tap on Offload App button >> Again Reinstall USPS app.

Check USPS app working or not after Clearing the app cache.

Fix 4: Delete And Reinstall USPS App

To Fix USPS app issue, first delete and then reinstall the USPS app. Sometime Uninstalling and Reinstalling the USPS app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re install again and check USPS app is working or not. 

If still USPS app not working then try other fixes.

Fix 5: Update USPS App To Latest Version

To Fix USPS app issue, update USPS app with latest version because Sometime old version not work perfectly.

If your USPS app version is outdated then it may not work properly. 

Also updating the USPS app to latest version will fix all previous bug in the app which were known to USPS support team.

You can also do an auto update of the app if you want, that will keep your app updated always with latest version and bug free.

Fix 6: Wait For Sometime Until USPS Fix The Bug

If USPS is not working then high chances that there are some bug or glitch in USPS App or USPS app server is down and USPS team already know and is working to resolve the issue. 

In this case, you can’t do anything so just wait till bug is resolved by USPS team side or USPS server is up.
