“How to cancel an order,” is a frequently asked question in the online shopping world. People often get flustered by varieties of products on online platforms and hit the “buy” button. How To Cancel Order In Meesho?
Steps to Cancel Order in Meesho:
- Step 1: Open Meesho Application.
- Step 2: Click on ‘Orders’
On opening the app, five icons (with their names below them) appear at the bottom of the screen. ‘Orders’ is in the middle.
- Step 3: Click on your placed order
When the ‘Orders’ window opens, there appear several contents. You have to click the order below the date that you want to cancel.
- Step 4: Click on ‘Cancel Order‘
After clicking the order, the “ORDER DETAILS” window opens. There shows the order tracking, and below that lies the option ‘Cancel Order’.
- Step 5: Select a Reason
The ‘Cancel Order‘ option opens the ‘SELECT REASON‘ window. Below ‘Product Details‘ is the ‘Select reason for cancellation’. Click on that button. Several options will appear on the screen. Choose your preferred reason.
- Step 6: Explain the Reason (Optional)
Below the reason selection button is provided with a message box, in which you can elaborate and explain the reason for cancellation. However, it is optional. So, if you want, you can skip this step.
- Step 7: Click on ‘CANCEL PRODUCT’
When you have selected the reason, click on the ‘CANCEL PRODUCT’ option. It appears at the bottom of the screen in a pink box.
The process of cancelling the order is complete, and now the order is cancelled. After clicking on the ‘CANCEL PRODUCT’ option, the ‘ORDER DETAILS‘ window will open.
In the ‘Order Tracking‘, ‘Cancelled‘ text will appear, with a red dot on its left side. That will confirm your cancellation of the order.
How To Cancel Order In Meesho After Shipped?
Meesho does not accept the cancellation of orders once they are shipped.
Hence, there is no way you can cancel the order after it is shipped. However, you can refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery. No fee will be charged to you.
How To Cancel Order In Meesho Before Delivery?
The order is a few moments away from your door, but you want to cancel the order. Know that now you cannot stop the order from arriving at your doorstep.
All you can do is refuse to accept the order from the delivery boy and humbly tell him to return it. However, the order that you cancel will not be in the bonus plan or the ongoing contests.
