Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.” 

Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open SweatO2 Priority at least once every 12 hours.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for SweatO2 Priority app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON. 

For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall O2 Priority App

To Fix O2 Priority app crashing issue, first delete and then reinstall the O2 Priority app. Sometimes Uninstalling and Reinstalling the O2 Priority app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re-install again and check if the O2 Priority app is working or not.
