Step 3: Go To The My Microsoft Account 

Go to my Microsoft account by clicking on your name displayed in the top-right corner of your screen.

Step 4: Select Privacy Option

Under the Microsoft account, you will have to click on the privacy option.

Step 5: Select The Xbox Logo

Select the Xbox logo seen under the manage your privacy settings. 

Step 6: Allow The Multiplayer Games Option

Then you need to scroll down till you find the “you can join multiplayer games” and then select allow. This will enable the multiplayer on Minecraft.
