With the help of the Virtual Payment Address(VPA), we can now send and receive money by just using a mobile phone.

This unique identification address helps the UPI payment gateway to identify your authorization with a particular account.

What Is VPA?

Virtual Payment Address(VPA) is a unique identification address that helps UPI payment gateways identify your authorization with a particular account.

Just like you have a postal mail address, Email address, VPA also helps locate the owner, so the transferred funds are received by an authorized person or owner of a particular VPA.

The UPI service providers provide VPA. A VPA does not need any bank account number, Card details, or confidential information that makes it a secure way to transfer funds.
