Using the iPhone’s iMessage app, you can send a text to somebody who has blocked you. It’s only a matter of changing the caller ID under iPhone’s Settings. To modify your caller ID, follow these steps:
Step 1: For a complete list of configuration choices, use the iPhone’s Settings app.
Step 2: Make sure you’re on the Messages tab by clicking Open.
Step 3: Messages may be sent and received by selecting “Send and Receive.”
