Player Hasn’t Logged In Yet
Player hasn’t logged in yet error may occurs during entering your activation code in STEPN app. Player hasn’t logged in yet usually occurred when you wait a while before entering the activation code.
To fix Player hasn’t logged in yet error, first completely close the STEPN app. Then restart the STEPN app. Request the new verification code by email or play the quiz again, then enter the activation code into STEPN app.
Make sure try to enter the activation code into STEPN within 1 minute after its generation to avoid the Player hasn’t logged in yet error.
STEPN Activation Code System
STEPN is an invite only game. User can earn ONE Activation Code for every 10 Energy spent, each user can only hold ONE activation code at a time, until it is used.
STEPN will disable Activation Code from time to time to facilitate marketing activities and promotion, if you do not need Activation Code to register, it means it is disabled.
