Step 1: Launch Your Web Browser
Launch a web browser on your phone or desktop and type www.discord.com on the search bar and you will see the option “support” on top, click on it.

Step 2: Click On Submit A Request
After that, you will be taken to the support page of discord, on the top right side of the page, you will see the option to “submit a request”, simply click on it.
Step 3: Tap On Trust And Safety
Once done, you will get the bar with the heading ‘what can you help with?’, you will see a list of options, search for trust and safety, and then tap on it.
Step 4: Fill In Your Email Address
Subsequently, you will be asked to enter the email address, so make sure you fill in the email address that you have used in your discord account(for signing up).
Step 5: Select Appeals, Age Updates, And Others
Next, discord will ask you again how they can help you, look for the option, Appeal and age updates, and other questions. Tap on it.
Step 6: Select Appeal On Action Taken On My Account Or Bot
On the next field, under the heading Appeals, age updates, and other questions, click on the drop-down arrow and choose ” appeal on action taken on my account or bot”.
Step 7: Click On An Action Was Taken On My Account
After that, on the next field, you will be asked ‘what would you like to appeal’ you will see two options click on the first one, which is ‘An action was taken on my account’.
Step 8: Confirm All The Options
And then, you will see a list of three options that are for you to confirm you are not under the age of 18.
You have used the same email address that you have registered on your discord account and you have read the community guidelines and terms and conditions.
Click on all three confirmation notes.
Step 9: Fill In The Subject And Description
Next, you will be asked to fill in your phone number which is completely optional, below that you will see the subject field and description box.
It is always better if you read the terms and conditions and check if you have breached them before filling the description box.
Fill them up in the subject, write, “appeal regarding my disabled account” and then explain your issue in the description field in a polite manner.
If you happen to breach their community guidelines, tell them you won’t do it anymore or just explain the matter if you think you have done something wrong.
Step 10: Click On The Submit Tab
Lastly, if you wish to upload a picture(attachment) then you can do so after that click on the submit tab on the bottom right side of the page.
You have to wait for 24 hours or a few more days for them to look into your issue and then reply.

Sending an appeal ticket only won’t resolve your issue, at times users had to wait for days for getting a response. It is suggested you contact them via all their social media accounts.

and for Facebook, you can open the given link
https://m.facebook.com/discord/. If you have a Reddit account, you can also contact them on their Reddit moderator.
Note: after disabling your account, you can only opt for the above methods to enable your discord account within the period of 14 days. As discord deletes the disabled account permanently after 14 days.
Can You Reactivate A Deactivated Discord Account?
Yes, you can reactivate your deactivated discord account. Deactivated and disabled accounts are the same aspect.
You can follow the above method to reactivate your account. Deleted and a deactivated account has a difference in that a disabled account can be enabled but deleted account cannot be reactivated or undeleted.
In case you have crossed 14 days, you can still try to contact discord from their email or support page you never know they may have not deleted your account.
