Why Is Taco Bell App Location Not Working?

Taco Bell App Location Not Working means you have not enabled the Location permission on the App, or there might be an issue with your application file.

  • If you don’t have a stable internet connection, you cannot access the location page.
  • If your App lacks location permission, you cannot see the map.
  • Also, your selected order may not be available in the selected Location.
  • There might be an issue with the Corrupted file or the Taco Application.

How To Fix Taco Bell App Location Not Working?

Before getting into the troubleshooting step, check you have a stable internet connection. 

It would help if you had at least 300 KB speed to load any page on the Application.

You can see the speed at the top of your mobile near your Network bar.

  • If not, turn off and On your Mobile data.
  • If you still have a low network speed turn off and ON airplane mode to fix the issue.
  • If you are using the WiFi, Power off and Power ON your Router, launch the Taco Bell App, and see if the problem is fixed.

If not, then follow the troubleshooting step.

1. Enable The Location Setting In Your Device

Make sure the location service is On in your mobile.

If not, enable it to access the location service from Taco App.

For Ios

  • Go to Settings ( tap on the gear icon)
  • Click on Security and Privacy from the settings
  • Click on Location Services and Toggle On the Location services.

For Android

  • Access your Android Settings menu.
  • Select Location Services.
  • Turn on “Allow Access to my Location.”

Exit the setting app and launch the Taco Bell App.

Now Check the weather so you can access the Location else follow the next step.

2. Enable Taco App Location Permission

You need to enable the location permission for Taco App. So give an app to access my Location on your device.

  • Go to Settings ( tap on the gear icon)
  • Click on Security and Privacy from the settings
  • Click on Location Services and scroll down to see the app list.
  • Find and Click on Taco App
  • Click on While using the App

For Android

  • Go To the settings App from a mobile
  • Click On apps and Click on Sell all apps
  • Find Taco App and click on it
  • Click on permission. Choose Location and click on Allow

Exit the Setting page and Now launch Taco App. You can work on the location page successfully.

3. Check Taco App Server Status

The first step is to check the Taco Bell Server Status.

Because sometimes, you will face the issue in the Application if the server is under maintenance.

The Application might seem to be working fine, but the technical team might be working on the Location module.

To confirm it, check the Taco App Server Status.

You see a notification in red if it is down or under maintenance. 

No need to worry; the Technical team will fix any critical issue as soon as possible. Try launching the App after 2 hours, and you will see the error is gone.

4. Restart Your Device

If there is no issue with the server and Network then restart your device.

  • Close all the applications and Power off your device.
  • Wait for Two minutes and Power On your Device again.

5. Enter Zip Code Instead Of Name

Sometimes the App cannot detect the exact location if you search with the name on the location page.

It happens due to Technical glitches, or the searched store name or Location is yet to optimize.

Entering the ZIP code and Exact address will help the App work quickly and smoothly.

6. Check If The Store Is Available In The Selected Location

Sometimes the selected Location may not be available if you make a drive-thru order.

So be conscious while selecting the Store and the Location.

There might be a typo error in the entered address.

So check the location details once again and ensure you have entered the correct address and Zip code.

7. Clear Taco App Cache Memory

All temporary data and files will be stored in the cache memory.

Any corrupted data stored in the cache memory throws unnecessary errors.

To clear cache memory

For ios

  • Go to Settings ( the App with the gear icon ) and Click On Generals
  • Click on iPhone Storage and give some time to load app lists under storage Graph
  • Find and click on the Taco Bell app.
  • Click on the Offload app Button on the opened screen.

Offloading the App will free up the storage space used by the App.

For Android Device

  • Open Settings application and Click on Apps
  • Click on the All Apps option in the opened screen
  • You will get all the apps listed
  • Scroll down and click on the Taco Bell Application
  • Click on storage in the Taco Bell Application screen
  • Now Click on Clear cache.

It will help you free up the app space and help it run smoothly and safely.

Now Exit the settings and try launching the Taco Bell App and see if the error is gone.

8. Update Taco Bell App To The Latest Version

Still Taco Location Not Working?

Then you must update the Taco Bell App To the Latest Version.

The updated version will roll out new fixes and make some changes in the module.

So If the App requests anything from the changed module, it cannot find the data, or the outdated version can’t load the data from the server. 

That’s why it is essential to update the App.

For IOS

  • Go to App Store>> Tab on Profile at the right top corner of the App>> Scroll down and click see pending update and release note >> Find and click on Taco Bell app >> Click on Update near the Application.

For Android

  • Click on Play Store >> Type Taco Bell in the Search Bar >> Click on the Update button next to the Taco Bell application.

Now restart your device, launch the Taco Bell app, access location page, and see if the error is gone.

9. Reinstall Taco Bell Application

If the error is unresolved, you must reinstall the entire Application.

It will thoroughly remove the Application from your device, and you can install the Taco Bell App fresh.

For Ios

  • Touch and hold the Taco Bell app
  • Tap Remove App from the Opened menu box
  • Again, tap Delete to confirm.
  • Power off your iPhone and power it back on.
  • Go to App Store and search for the Taco Bell app in the search bar.
  • Click on the Get Button.

After the successful installation, launch the Taco Bell app, and you can access the Taco app without error.

For Android device

  • Go to the Play Store application
  • Search on Taco Bell Application and Click On it.
  • Click on the Uninstall button on the screen.
  • Then Restart your mobile phone.
  • Again, open Play Store and Search for the Taco Bell Application
  • Tab Install button next to the Taco Bell App
  • Wait until the Application gets installed.

Now opens the Application and login in. 

You can see the Taco App Location works fine, and the error is fixed.

What to Do If Taco Bell Mobile Orders Wrong Location?

You cannot edit the order after it is confirmed. Still, there is a probability that you can cancel the order.

If you ordered the wrong Location, you can cancel and place a new one.

But remember that you cannot cancel if the restaurant already starts preparing your food.

Also, you cannot cancel the order if you selected the option Start Now while ordering the food.
