How To Fix Shahid Error Code 11000

Shahid error code 11000 occurs when there is an Internet connection issue or a problem with the file Shahid application itself.

 Other possible reasons include

  • You are using the outdated version of Shahid TV
  • There might be an issue with the connections and Internet
  • Shahid file is corrupted or has an issue with the Shahid server.

How To Fix Shahid Error Code 11000?

There will be a Try Again Button in the error itself. First press on the button and reload again.

If you are redirected to the same page again then check you Internet connectivity.

1. Check Your Internet Connection

There might be an Inadequate network speed, or your Internet is not working.

First, check your internet connection.

Suppose you are using a modem or router. First, Unplug and re-plug the connections on both ends.

If the error still occurs, then restart your Modem.

You can also check by switching your network connection to mobile data or any other network you have.

If the error persists, then follow the below steps.

 2. Try With An Alternative Device

If the issue persists, try logging in with another device, like a laptop, phone, or browser.

If it works fine, then there is an issue with your current device.

4. Restart Your Device

It might be a simple yet powerful solution.

Power off your device correctly and unplug it from the Power outlet.

Please wait for 2 to 3 minutes and Power on it.

5. Clear Cache Memory 

Disney Plus refuses to stream of it has a heavy load on the streaming site.

If it is a browser, Press ctr+H to open the History page

  • Click on Clear Browsing Data from the left-hand bar
  • Click on All Time from a Time Range
  • Mark the check box near the browsing history and Cached Image and files

If it’s a TV, follow the below steps

  • Open the Settings screen.

The following steps will depend on your TV menu options:

  • Select Apps from the setting and Click on See all apps for Android 9 or later.
  • Select Apps for Android 8.0 or earlier
  • Locate the Disney Plus app from the List
  • Select  Clear cache and tap on OK.

If the Issue is still not resolved, try the following steps.

  • Click on Clear data and Tap on OK.
  • If the next option is displayed, again click on Clear All Data and Click OK.

Now log into your Disney Plus account and watch your favorite series without hassle.

For Android 

  • Close all the background applications.
  • Go to Settings from your Device
  • Click On Apps and Select All Apps.
  • Search the Shahid app and click on it.
  • Click on Storage and click on Clear Data.
  • Relaunch the Application.

For ios

  • Go to Settings ( the App with the gear icon ) and Click On Generals
  • Click on iPhone Storage and give some time to load app lists under storage Graph
  • Find and click on the Shahid app.
  • Click on the Offload app Button on the opened screen.

Offloading the App will free up the storage space used by the App.

Please delete the Shahid app and reinstall the latest version of the Issue continues.

6. Delete And Reinstall The Shahid Application

If you are using the, ensure it is updated to the latest version. If not, you need to Update it.

To Update Browser

  • Click on Three Horizontal lines at the upper right corner of the screen
  • Click on About Chrome and Check on Check for update.
  • The browser will download and install the update automatically.

If the error is not resolved, you must reinstall the entire Application.

It will thoroughly remove the Application from your device, and you can install the Shahid App fresh.

For Ios

  • Touch and hold the Shahid app
  • Tap Remove App from the Opened menu box
  • Again, tap Delete to confirm.
  • Power off your iPhone and power it back on.
  • Go to App Store and search for the Shahid app in the search bar.
  • Click on the Get Button.

After the successful installation, launch the Shahid app, and the Issue will be fixed.

For Android device

  • Go to the Play Store application
  • Search on Shahid  Application and Click On it.
  • Click on the Uninstall button on the screen.
  • Then Restart your mobile phone.
  • Again, open Play Store and Search for Shahid Application
  • Tab Install button next to the Shahid App
  • Please Wait until the Application gets installed.

Now, opens the Application and login into it.

For TV

It is for Samsung TV; the steps may vary depending on the TV Brand.

  • Press the Home button on your remote and scroll down to Apps.
  • Go to Settings, Click o the Shahid app, then select Delete. (If Delete is grayed out, it’s not available to delete. Select Reinstall.)
  • Press the Return button on your remote, then select the Search icon.
  • Type the Shahid app in the search bar and install it.

The Shahid app works fine, and the error is fixed.
