Meta-owned messaging platform Whatsapp has been coming up with various new features. The latest one has not been fully developed yet- the “Do Not Disturb” flag for missed calls. Whatsapp has been working on this feature for a while now.
This feature has already risen for some beta WhatsApp users since the time it launched. It has proven to be very helpful for its users. This Whatsapp beta feature is available in Google Play Store, for some beta users. But it has not been announced when this feature will be available to all Whatsapp users.
What Does It Mean When A Whatsapp Call Is Silenced By Do Not Disturb?

This new feature by Whatsapp allows users to see a tagline right under the missed call history item. And by this users will come to know if they missed the call when their phone was in “Do Not Disturb” mode.
Not only this but this feature also allows users to share the screenshot of the alert with the caller. As this will ensure to make the caller shows that the call was not intentionally ignored in fact it was put on the Do Not Disturb mode.
How To Check If The ‘Do Not Disturb’ Feature Is Available On Your Whatsapp?

- Turn On your phone’s DND mode.
- Tell someone to call you on Whatsapp.
- If you see the label ‘Silenced by Do Not Disturb’ in your call log page of your Whatsapp then it means the feature is now available on your Whatsapp.

- Then tap on Do Not Disturb.

- Go to Settings.
- Find out the option Sound and Vibration.
- Tap on Do Not Disturb.
- And then click on Turn on Now.
