Different Ways To Add Friends On Essential Mod
There are two ways to add friends in Essential. You can either use the Friends menu or a special button called the Add Friend key bind.
1. Through Friends Menu
You will be able to add a friend by clicking the “+” button, selecting “New Friend” from the dropdown menu, and entering your friend’s username.
2. Friend Key Bind
The Add Friend key bind doesn’t have a default function assigned to it.
To make it useful, you can assign it to a key of your choice, such as the F key.
Once assigned, you can approach another player in the game and press the designated key (e.g., F) to send them a friend request.
3. Send Friend Requests
In the Pending tab, you’ll see the friend requests you’ve received.
You can choose to accept, deny, or block the people who sent the requests.
You can also cancel friend requests you’ve sent from the same menu.
