Method 1: Clear The Sourcetree App Data Folder
The first step is to clear the current update and the cache memory of the Sourcetree files. To clear the current Update, follow the below steps.
- Press the Windows+R keys to open Run Command Box.
- Type %localappdata% in the input box and press enter
- The local folder path will open.
- Locate and double-click on Atlassian Folder
- Delete all the folders in Atlassian other than the Sourcetree folder.
- Now restart your computer and relaunch the Sourcetree application.
- You need to complete the registration process.
- Try pulling the file from Git and check it. It will work fine without any issues.
If the issue persists, then Uninstall and reinstall the source file.
Method 2: Uninstall And Reinstall The Sourcetree
