How To Leave Family Sharing Without Parents Knowing?
First of all, you can not remove yourself from Family Sharing if you are below the age of 13 and in that case, only the organizer will be able to remove you from Family Sharing.
However, you can easily remove yourself from Family Sharing if you are older than 13.
When you leave Family Sharing your organizer will not get any notification but they will have to send you an invitation again if you want to rejoin the group.
Thus, if your parents are not the organizers then they will not be able to know when you have left the Family Sharing on your Apple device.
But be aware that all members will be sent a notification when you have left the group so decide accordingly what you will do.
Also if you have the screen time turned ON for your account, only the organizer will be able to remove you from the Family Sharing group.
The organizers will be able to check the list of members that are present in the Family Sharing group so if your name is not in there then they will know that you have left the group.

For IPhone And IPad
Step 1: First, go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Family, if you can’t see it then tap on your name and then go to Family Sharing from there.
Step 3: Tap on your name and then tap on Stop Using Family Sharing.
For Mac
Step 1: Go to Apple Menu.
Step 2: Choose System Settings.
Step 3: Click on Family from there.
Step 4: Now, click on your name.
Step 5: Click on Stop Using Family Sharing.
To sum up, if your parents are not organizers and they don’t have to send you an invite for you to join Family Sharing again then they will not know about your leaving the Family Sharing group.
If they are not a part of the Family Sharing group then also they will not know if you have left the Family Sharing from your Apple ID.
