1. Use 3KV LRZ CARTRIDGE
You can Place a “3KV LRZ CARTRIDGE” ammunition on Vasco’s inventory and then equip him and then unequip a weapon on his menu by using the Y button.
This will reset your Vasco and he will be able to shoot again. Vasco doesn’t need a gun however he will need ammo to shoot and players have found that 3KV LRZ CARTRIDGE works best for him.
2. Use Both Types Of Laser Ammo
Another fix that you can try is to use both types of laser ammo and see whether Vasco is now able to shoot.
You can put both the laser-type ammo in his inventory, 1.5 and 3kv laser and now check whether Vasco starts to shoot.
