Choose the Cutout option from the tools menu on Picsart and either let the AI of the app choose the person by itself, or you can also manually choose the cutout of the person.
Step 3: Save The Settings

Step 1: Launch The App
Open the Picsart app and select the picture with black clothing.
Step 2: Tap On Tools And Select Clone
Now tap on the Tools option available on your screen and choose the Clone tool. Start erasing the black clothing from the picture using the tool. Hit the tick mark on top of your screen once you are done.
Step 3: Add The Same Picture Back
Now, add the same picture in the foreground of the previous one and drag it to fit the screen perfectly. Reduce the opacity of your picture. This will make the dress appear translucent.
Step 4: Select The Effects Option
Now tap on the Effects option and add the following filters:
- Tap on FX and choose the HDR 2 option; unblur and unsharp the image.
- Head to the Film B/W option and maximize the Fade quotient.
Step 5: Tap On The Erase Icon
Finally, tap on the Erase icon on top of your screen and erase the filter leaving the dress cut out. Hit the tick mark on your screen once you are satisfied with your editing.
