For Android users, Go to settings >> Find BeReal App and click on that >> Tap on clear cache >> BeReal App cache will be cleared.
For iPhone users, Go to iPhone settings >> Go to General >> Find BeReal App and click on that >> Tap on iPhone Storage >> Tap on Offload App button >> Again Reinstall BeReal app.
After clearing the cache open BeReal app and login into that.
Now record BeReal >> add caption to that >> Tap on tick mark and post that.
If still you are getting same error then try after sometime because there might be some issue from BeReal server.
Make sure your BeReal app is updated to latest version always.
Updating the BeReal app to the latest version will fix all previous bug in the app which were known to BeReal support team.
