Fix: Cyberpunk 2077 Cyberware Not Working

Cyberpunk 2077 Cyberware

Cyberware is a crucial advancement in the universe of Cyberpunk 2077.

Cyberware is a kind of technology that is implanted permanently in human tissue and sometimes has the capacity to communicate with the nervous system.

Its objective is to increase performance and bring forth new improvements appropriate for attaining the necessary practical applications that were previously unavailable.

V’s body may be implanted with cyberware to get both active and passive benefits.

Although there is no physical limit to the amount of installed cyberware, there is a chance that the user may get Cyberpsychosis.

However, for some players Cyberware is not working in Cyberpunk 2077.

One user wrote,

“I can NOT get any cyberware to work for me at all optical camo, blood pump, the cyberware i have to manually activate.”
“I hope the button it says to use, and nothing happens, no camo activation, no blood pump activations.”

Another user predgb wrote,

“Well after alot of bugs/glitches i finaly got hit by something that destroyed me :/”

“I cant use the healing type cyberware anymore (the one which you can actifvate to get 50% hp back). I use it but it does not trigger, no cooldown, no health regen, nothing.”

“Tried reloading, earlier saves, nothing. This is with patch 1.04 and i have no idea what to do. Anyone else with this?”

“I removed the cyberware and bought a higher rarity of the same type. Reinstalled at the doc and still cant use it. Kinda mad.”

How To Fix Cyberpunk 2077 Cyberware Not Working?

According Drake,

“It’s not well explained but the “cyberware activation” button is only for the OS cyberware, ie sandevistan and berserk mode.

The other cyberwares like rhe blood pump, projectile launcher arm etc.

Use the grenade slot. You need to use the weapon wheel to switch from grenade to cyberware.

Same goes for the fists when you have gorilla arms or mantis blades or monocables.”

Isaac_Clark Wrote,

“I also had problems with the Blood Pump. Other cyberwares are working for me, although the projectile arms seem to be a little buggy. Go with mantis blades or gorilla arms.”

Another user Wisp Cat wrote,

“Blood pump might increase the effect from nutrition and/or epimorphosis? (And, it might provide a percent increase?)”
