PhonePe is an online payment gateway in India that lets customers pay for products online using their bank accounts. To use the service, customers have to create their accounts in PhonePe.
However, customers can remove/ delete/ unlink their bank account from PhonePe if they want due to some reasons like they have closed that bank account or they don’t want to use that bank account on PhonePe.
Steps to remove/ delete/ Unlink a bank account from PhonePe:
Step 1: Open the Phonepe application.
Step 2: At the bottom of the screen, click on the “My Money” option.
Step 3: Now, tap on the “Bank Accounts” option.
Step 4: The next screen will show you all the registered banks to your PhonePe application.
Step 5: Choose the bank account you want to remove and tap on it.
Step 6: Now, at the bottom of the next screen, choose the option “Unlink Bank Account”.
Step 7: Tap on the option and answer “Unlink”’
Step 8: Your bank account will be removed from the PhonePe application.
