Jeffrey Dahmer Tony Hughes Deaf Victim

In addition to focusing on the horrific atrocities committed by legendary American serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, Netflix’s new limited series, Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, also highlights his long-forgotten victims by recounting their life stories from their own perspectives.

Tony Hughes, a deaf and non-verbal victim of Jeffrey, has now been granted the opportunity to “tell” his story.

FBI records show that Anthony “Tony” Hughes was born on August 26, 1959.

According to The Sun, he had certain medication side effects as a toddler that caused him to lose his hearing permanently. Also, he seemed to be deaf.

According to Gallaudet University, Tony received his diploma from the Wisconsin School for the Deaf.

Shirley Hughes, Tony’s mother, told The Associated Press that her son was “outgoing, jovial, joyful,” and that “he could easily make friends.”

In May 1991, Anthony Hughes met serial murderer Jeffrey Dahmer at a homosexual nightclub in Milwaukee.

Dahmer was a regular who used to entice his victims with the promise of sex and sexual favors.

According to accounts, Hughes, then 31, consented to accompany Dahmer home.

It is believed that Dahmer suggested a naked picture session through written request.

Dahmer poisoned him and strangled him to death once he was inside.

Dahmer’s corpse was supposedly destroyed with acid, with just his skull remaining.
