Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.”

Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open SweatNX Bus at least once every 12 hours.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for SweatNX Bus app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON.

For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall NX Bus App

To Fix NX Bus app issues, first delete and then reinstall the NX Bus app.

Sometimes Uninstalling and Reinstalling the NX Bus app will resolve the issue.

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re-install again and check if the NX Bus app is working or not.
