Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.”
Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open SweatMCU at least once every 12 hours.
For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for SweatMCU app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON.
For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall MCU App
To Fix MCU app issues, first delete and then reinstall the MCU app.
Sometimes Uninstalling and Reinstalling the MCU app will resolve the issue.
So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re-install again and check if the MCU app is working or not.
If the MCU app is still not working then try other fixes.

Notification will be enabled for the MCU app.
