How To Fix Libon App Not Working?
Fix 1: Try Alternating Between Wi-Fi And Mobile Data
One of the most common reasons why the Libon app is not working is an unstable internet connection.
So, The first step is to check and ensure a stable internet connection.
However, some factors, such as big walls between your device and wireless router or interference from other home equipment, might weaken your network signal.
Try alternating between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the Libon app issue is related to your connection.

So, check your internet speed.
Turn ON and OFF your mobile data or check the router in case you are using wifi.
Also, try to switch from mobile network to wifi or wifi to mobile network.
Fix 2: Try Closing And Reopening Libon App
Sometime, closing and again opening the Libon app resolved the issue.
So, First close the app and then try to open it again.
It will fix your issue and the Libon app will work fine.
If the Libon app is still not working then try out other fixes.
Fix 3: Check Libon Server Is Down Or Not
If Libon is not working then there are chances that there are some bugs or glitch in the Libon App or the Libon server is down.
There are many ways to check if the Libon server is down or if there is some bug/ glitch in Libon.
First way is to go to downdetector >> Search for Libon >> check if there is a spike in the graph or not.
If there is a spike then either Libon server is down or there is some bug.
Another way is just search on Twitter “Libon down”.
You can check the latest tweets regarding the same or not.
In this case, you can’t do anything so just wait for some time until the bug is resolved by the Libon team or the Libon server is up.
Fix 4: Log Out And Login Into Libon App
You can try to logout from the app and then again login into the app.
After that check issue is resolved or not.
If the Libon app is still not working then try out other fixes.
Fix 5: Clear Libon App Cache
Most of the time, when there is some issue with a Libon app, clearing the app cache will resolve the issue.
To clear the Libon App cache,
For Android users, Go to settings >> Find Libon App and click on that >> Tap on clear cache >> Libon App cache will be cleared.
For iPhone users, Go to iPhone settings >> Go to General >> Find Libon App and click on that >> Tap on iPhone Storage >> Tap on Offload App button >> Again Reinstall Libon app.
Check Libon app working or not after Clearing the app cache.

Fix 6: Disable Battery Saving Mode
Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.”
Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open SweatLibon at least once every 12 hours.
For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for SweatLibon app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON.
For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall Libon App
To Fix Libon app issues, first delete and then reinstall the Libon app.
Sometimes Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Libon app will resolve the issue.
So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re-install again and check if the Libon app is working or not.
If the Libon app is still not working then try other fixes.
Fix 8: Update Libon App To Latest Version
One of the potential reasons for the Libon app stopped working is you are using an older version of Libon app.
Updating the Libon app to the latest version will fix all previous bugs in the app which were known to the Libon support team.
Always update the Libon app with the latest version because sometimes the old version does not work perfectly.
If your Libon app version is outdated then it may not work properly.

If you are using VPN on your device and it’s enabled then the Libon App might not work.
So, First disable the VPN on your device and then check if the Libon app will work.
Fix 10: Check The Compatibility Of Your Device With Libon App
If the Libon app is not working on your device, then first check compatibility of your device with the Libon app.
If your device is not compatible with the Libon app then use another device which is compatible with the Libon app.
The Libon app will work fine and the issue will be resolved.
Fix 11: Hard Reboot Your Device
If the above solution is not working then sometimes, there is an issue with your device not Libon app.
So, Close the Libon app and hard reboot your device.

Libon App Notification Not Working
Libon app notification not working because you have not enabled the notification for Libon app.
For Android users, Go to settings >> Go to apps >> Tap on Libon app >> Toggle ON notification.
For iPhone users, Go to Settings >> Tap on notifications >> Scroll down and Tap on Libon app >> Toggle ON notifications.
Notification will be enabled for the Libon app.
