So, check your internet speed. Turn ON and OFF your mobile data or check router in case you are using wifi.

Also, try to switch from mobile network to wifi or wifi to mobile network.

Fix 2: Try Closing And Reopening Zwift App 

Sometime, closing and again opening the Zwift app resolved the issue. 

So, First close the app and then try to open again. It will fix your issue and Zwift app will work fine.

Fix 3: Check Zwift Server Is Down Or Not

If Zwift is not working then there are chances that there are some bugs or glitch in Zwift App or Zwift server is down. 

There are many ways to check if Zwift server is down or if there is some bug/ glitch in Zwift.

First way is to go to downdetector >> Search for Zwift >> check if there is a spike in the graph or not.

If there is a spike then either Zwift server is down or there is some bug.

Fix 4: Log Out And Login Into Zwift App

Fix 5: Clear Zwift App Cache

Fix 6: Disable Battery Saving Mode

Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.”

Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open SweatZwift at least once every 12 hours.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for SweatZwift app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON. 

For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall Zwift App

To Fix Zwift app issue, first delete and then reinstall the Zwift app. Sometimes Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Zwift app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re-install again and check Zwift app is working or not. 

If still Zwift app is still not working then try other fixes.

Fix 8: Update Zwift App To Latest Version

One of the potential reason for Zwift app stopped working is you are using older version of Zwift app.

Updating the Zwift app to the latest version will fix all previous bug in the app which were known to Zwift support team.

Always update the Zwift app with the latest version because sometimes the old version does not work perfectly.

Zwift app notification not working because you have not enabled the notification for Zwift app.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Go to apps >> Tap on Zwift app >> Toggle ON notification.

For iPhone users, Go to Settings >> Tap on notifications >> Scroll down and Tap on Zwift app >> Toggle ON notifications.

Notification will be enabled for Zwift app.
