In this case, you can’t do anything so just wait till issue is resolved from TD team side or TD server is up.

Fix 2: Check For Stable Internet Connection

Make sure you have good internet speed or stable internet connection.

If your mobile data speed to wifi network is slow then you may experience issue in TD App.

So, check your internet speed.

Turn ON and OFF your mobile data or check router in case you using wifi.

Also, try to switch from mobile network to wifi or wifi to mobile network.

Fix 3: Clear TD App Cache

Most of time, when there is some issue with app, clearing the app cache will resolve the issue. 

So, To fix TD app issue, clear TD app cache.

To clear the TD App cache,

For android users, Go to settings >> Find TD App >> Tap on clear cache.

TD App cache will be cleared.

For iPhone users, Go to iPhone settings >> Go to General >> Tap on iPhone Storage >> Find TD App and click on that >> tap on Offload App button >> again reinstall TD app.

Check TD app working or not after Clearing the cache.

Fix 4: Uninstall And Reinstall TD App

To Fix TD app issue, first uninstall and then reinstall the TD app.

Sometime Uninstalling and Reinstalling the TD app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re install again and check TD app is working or not. 

If still TD app not working then try other fixes.

Fix 5: Update TD App To Latest Version

If TD app not working in your phone, then first check compatibility of your phone with TD app. 

If your phone is not compatible with TD app then use another phone, TD app will work fine and the issue will be resolved.

Fix 9: Restart Your Phone

If above solution not working then Sometime, there is an issue with your phone not TD app.

So, Close the TD app and restart your phone.

After Restarting the phone, check TD App will work fine.

TD App Unable To Login

If you are unable to login into TD app: Check that your credentials are entered properly.

Keep in mind that the input fields are case sensitive, so make sure you use the proper mix of upper- and lower-case letters.
