Fix 2: Try Closing And Reopening T-Mobile App 

Sometime, closing and again opening the app resolve T-Mobile app related issue. 

So, To fix T-Mobile app related issue, first close the app and then try to open again. It will fix your issue and T-Mobile app will work fine.

If still T-Mobile app not working then try out other fixes.

Fix 3: Clear T-Mobile App Cache

Fix 4: Delete And Reinstall T-Mobile App

To Fix T-Mobile app issue, first delete and then reinstall the T-Mobile app. Sometime Uninstalling and Reinstalling the T-Mobile app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re install again and check T-Mobile app is working or not.
