Fix 2: Try Closing And Reopening Shoppix App

Fix 4: Log Out And Login Into Shoppix App

You can try to logout from the app and then again login into the app. 

After that check issue is resolved or not.

Fix 5: Clear Shoppix App Cache

Fix 6: Disable Battery Saving Mode

Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.”

Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open Sweatcoin at least once every 12 hours.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for Sweatcoin app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON. 

For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall Shoppix App

To Fix Shoppix app issue, first delete and then reinstall the Shoppix app. Sometimes Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Shoppix app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re-install again and check Shoppix app is working or not. 

If still Shoppix app is still not working then try other fixes.

Fix 8: Update Shoppix App To Latest Version

One of the potential reason for Shoppix app stopped working is you are using older version of Shoppix app.

Updating the Shoppix app to the latest version will fix all previous bug in the app which were known to Shoppix support team.

Shoppix app notification not working because you have not enabled the notification for Shoppix app.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Go to apps >> Tap on Shoppix app >> Toggle ON notification.

For iPhone users, Go to Settings >> Tap on notifications >> Scroll down and Tap on Shoppix app >> Toggle ON notifications.

Notification will be enabled for Shoppix app.
