Fix 4: Log Out And Login Into MyGMC App

You can try to logout from the app and then again login into the app. 

After that check issue is resolved or not.

Fix 5: Clear MyGMC App Cache

Most of time, when there is some issue with myGMC app, clearing the app cache will resolve the issue.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Find myGMC App and click on that >> Tap on clear cache >> myGMC App cache will be cleared.

Fix 6: Disable Battery Saving Mode

Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.” 

Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open Sweatcoin at least once every 12 hours.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for Sweatcoin app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON. 

For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall MyGMC App

To Fix myGMC app issue, first delete and then reinstall the myGMC app. Sometime Uninstalling and Reinstalling the myGMC app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re install again and check myGMC app is working or not. 

If still myGMC app not working then try other fixes.

Fix 8: Update MyGMC App To Latest Version

One of the potential reason for myGMC app stopped working is you are using older version of myGMC app.

Updating the myGMC app to latest version will fix all previous bug in the app which were known to myGMC support team.

So, first close all background running apps and try to connect again.

myGMC App Not Sending Verification Code

myGMC app is not sending verification code because might be you entered wrong mobile number or email address.

First check you entered all correct details and try to resend verification code.

MyGMC App Remote Start Not Working

Tap and hold one of the remote command icons to start a request. The app will tell you to keep holding until the request is complete. It may take a few seconds.
