In this case, you can’t do anything so just wait for some time until the bug is resolved by Lidl Plus team or Lidl Plus server is up.

Fix 4: Log Out And Login Into Lidl Plus App

You can try to logout from the app and then again login into the app. 

After that check issue is resolved or not.

If still Lidl Plus app not working then try out other fixes.

Fix 5: Clear Lidl Plus App Cache

Fix 6: Disable Battery Saving Mode

Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.” 

Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open Sweatcoin at least once every 12 hours.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for Sweatcoin app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON. 

For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall Lidl Plus App

To Fix Lidl Plus app issue, first delete and then reinstall the Lidl Plus app. Sometime Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Lidl Plus app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re install again and check Lidl Plus app is working or not. 

If still Lidl Plus app not working then try other fixes.

Fix 8: Update Lidl Plus App To Latest Version

One of the potential reason for Lidl Plus app stopped working is you are using older version of Lidl Plus app.

Updating the Lidl Plus app to latest version will fix all previous bug in the app which were known to Lidl Plus support team.

If you are using VPN in your device and its enabled then Lidl Plus App might not work.

So, First disable the VPN in your device and then check Lidl Plus app will work.

Fix 10: Check Compatibility Of Your Device With Lidl Plus App

If Lidl Plus app not working on your device, then first check compatibility of your device with Lidl Plus app.

Lidl Plus App Notification Not Working

Lidl Plus app notification not working because you have not enabled the notification for Lidl Plus app.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Go to apps >> Tap on Lidl Plus app >> Toggle ON notification.

For iPhone users, Go to Settings >> Tap on notifications >> Scroll down and Tap on Lidl Plus app >> Toggle ON notifications.

Notification will be enabled for Lidl Plus app.
