Fix: HMRC App Not Working

Fix 2: Check For Stable Internet Connection

Make sure you have good internet speed or stable internet connection. If your mobile data speed to wifi network is slow then you may experience issue in HMRC App.

Because most of time problem is with internet connection.

So, check your internet speed. Turn ON and OFF your mobile data or check router in case you using wifi.

Also, try to switch from mobile network to wifi or wifi to mobile network.

Fix 3: Clear HMRC App Cache

Most of time, when there is some issue with HMRC app, clearing the app cache will resolve the issue. 

So, To fix HMRC app issue, clear HMRC app cache. To clear the HMRC App cache,

For android users, Go to settings >> Find HMRC App and click on that >> Tap on clear cache. HMRC App cache will be cleared.

For iPhone users, Go to iPhone settings >> Go to General >> Find HMRC App and click on that >> Tap on iPhone Storage >>  tap on Offload App button >> again reinstall HMRC app.

Fix 4: Delete And Reinstall HMRC App

To Fix HMRC app issue, first delete and then reinstall the HMRC app. Sometime Uninstalling and Reinstalling the HMRC app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re install again and check HMRC app is working or not. 

If still HMRC app not working then try other fixes.

Fix 5: Update HMRC App To Latest Version

To Fix HMRC app issue, update HMRC app with latest version because Sometime old version not work perfectly.

If your HMRC app version is outdated then it may not work properly. 

Also updating the HMRC app to latest version will fix all previous bug in the app which were known to HMRC support team.

Fix 6: Check Compatibility Of Your Phone With HMRC App

If HMRC app not working in your phone, then first check compatibility of your phone with HMRC app. 

If your phone is not compatible with HMRC app then use another phone, HMRC app will work fine and the issue will be resolved.

Fix 7: Restart Your Phone

If above solution not working then Sometime, there is an issue with your phone not HMRC app. So, Close the HMRC app and restart your phone.

After Restarting the phone, check HMRC App will work fine.
