Fix 6: Disable Battery Saving Mode

Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.” 

Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open Sweatcoin at least once every 12 hours.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for Sweatcoin app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON. 

For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall Experian App

To Fix Experian app issue, first delete and then reinstall the Experian app. Sometime Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Experian app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re install again and check Experian app is working or not. 

If still Experian app not working then try other fixes.

Fix 8: Update Experian App To Latest Version

One of the potential reason for Experian app stopped working is you are using older version of Experian app.

Updating the Experian app to latest version will fix all previous bug in the app which were known to Experian support team.

Experian App Notification Not Working

Experian app notification not working because you have not enabled the notification for Experian app.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Go to apps >> Tap on Experian app >> Toggle ON notification.

For iPhone users, Go to Settings >> Tap on notifications >> Scroll down and Tap on Experian app >> Toggle ON notifications.

Notification will be enabled for Experian app.
