Fix 4: Log Out And Login Into EbtEDGE App
You can try to logout from the app and then again login into the app.

Fix 5: Clear EbtEDGE App Cache

Fix 6: Disable Battery Saving Mode
Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.”
Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open SweatebtEDGE at least once every 12 hours.
For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for SweatebtEDGE app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON.
For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall EbtEDGE App
To Fix ebtEDGE app issues, first delete and then reinstall the ebtEDGE app. Sometimes Uninstalling and Reinstalling the ebtEDGE app will resolve the issue.
So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re-install again and check if the ebtEDGE app is working or not.

Fix 8: Update EbtEDGE App To Latest Version

For iPhone users, Go to Settings >> Tap on notifications >> Scroll down and Tap on ebtEDGE app >> Toggle ON notifications.
Notification will be enabled for the ebtEDGE app.
