It will fix your issue and the BodyFit app will work fine.

Fix 3: Check BodyFit Server Is Down Or Not

Fix 6: Disable Battery Saving Mode

Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.” 

Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open SweatBodyFit at least once every 12 hours.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for SweatBodyFit app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON. 

For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall BodyFit App

To Fix BodyFit app issues, first delete and then reinstall the BodyFit app.

Sometimes Uninstalling and Reinstalling the BodyFit app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re-install again and check if the BodyFit app is working or not. 

If the BodyFit app is still not working then try other fixes.

Fix 8: Update BodyFit App To Latest Version

BodyFit app notification not working because you have not enabled the notification for BodyFit app.

For iPhone users, Go to Settings >> Tap on notifications >> Scroll down and Tap on BodyFit app >> Toggle ON notifications.

Notification will be enabled for the BodyFit app.
