Fix: AIB App Not Working

How To Fix AIB App Not Working?

Fix 1: Try Alternating Between Wi-Fi And Mobile Data

One of the most common reasons why the AIB app is not working is an unstable internet connection. 

So, The first step is to check and ensure a stable internet connection.

However, some factors, such as big walls between your device and wireless router or interference from other home equipment, might weaken your network signal.

Try alternating between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the AIB app issue is related to your connection.

So, check your internet speed. Turn ON and OFF your mobile data or check the router in case you are using wifi.

Also, try to switch from mobile network to wifi or wifi to mobile network.

Fix 2: Try Closing And Reopening AIB App 

Sometime, closing and again opening the AIB app resolved the issue. 

So, First close the app and then try to open it again. It will fix your issue and the AIB app will work fine.

If the AIB app is still not working then try out other fixes.

Fix 3: Check AIB Server Is Down Or Not

If AIB is not working then there are chances that there is a bug or glitch in the AIB App or the AIB server is down. 

There are many ways to check if the AIB server is down or if there is some bug/ glitch in AIB.

First way is to go to downdetector >> Search for AIB >> check if there is a spike in the graph or not.

If there is a spike then either AIB server is down or there is some bug.

Another way is just search on Twitter “AIB down”. You can check the latest tweets regarding the same or not.

In this case, you can’t do anything so just wait for some time until the bug is resolved by the AIB team or the AIB server is up.

Fix 4: Log Out And Login Into AIB App

You can try to logout from the app and then again login into the app. 

After that check issue is resolved or not.

If the AIB app is still not working then try out other fixes.

Fix 5: Clear AIB App Cache

Most of the time, when there is some issue with a AIB app, clearing the app cache will resolve the issue. 

To clear the AIB App cache,

For Android users, Go to settings >> Find AIB App and click on that >> Tap on clear cache >> AIB App cache will be cleared.

For iPhone users, Go to iPhone settings >> Go to General >> Find AIB App and click on that >> Tap on iPhone Storage >>  Tap on Offload App button >> Again Reinstall AIB app.

Fix 6: Disable Battery Saving Mode

Make sure nothing is being affected by “Low Power Mode.” 

Low Power Mode is OK, however if you do, make sure you open SweatAIB at least once every 12 hours.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Search for SweatAIB app >> Toggle OFF Battery Saver mode if it is Toggle ON. 

For iPhone users, Go to settings >> Battery >> Low Power Mode >> Toggle OFF if it is Toggle ON.

Fix 7: Delete And Reinstall AIB App

To Fix AIB app issues, first delete and then reinstall the AIB app. Sometimes Uninstalling and Reinstalling the AIB app will resolve the issue. 

So, First Uninstall the app from your phone after that re-install again and check if the AIB app is working or not. 

If the AIB app is still not working then try other fixes.

Fix 8: Update AIB App To Latest Version

One of the potential reasons for the AIB app stopped working is you are using an older version of AIB app.

Updating the AIB app to the latest version will fix all previous bugs in the app which were known to the AIB support team.

Always update the AIB app with the latest version because sometimes the old version does not work perfectly.

If your AIB app version is outdated then it may not work properly. 

‘Update’ means you’re not on the latest version and you need to update your App.

You can also do an auto update of the app if you want, that will keep your app updated always with the latest version and bug free.

Fix 9: Disable VPN 

If you are using VPN on your device and it’s enabled then the AIB App might not work.

So, First disable the VPN on your device and then check if the AIB app will work.

Fix 10: Check The Compatibility Of Your Device With AIB App

If the AIB app is not working on your device, then first check compatibility of your device with the AIB app. 

If your device is not compatible with the AIB app then use another device which is compatible with the AIB app. The AIB app will work fine and the issue will be resolved.

Fix 11: Hard Reboot Your Device

If the above solution is not working then sometimes, there is an issue with your device not AIB app. So, Close the AIB app and hard reboot your device.

After rebooting the device, the AIB App will work fine.

AIB App Notification Not Working

AIB app notification not working because you have not enabled the notification for AIB app.

For Android users, Go to settings >> Go to apps >> Tap on AIB app >> Toggle ON notification.

For iPhone users, Go to Settings >> Tap on notifications >> Scroll down and Tap on AIB app >> Toggle ON notifications.

Notification will be enabled for the AIB app.
